Execs frame it as a way to deploy the powers of real estate for good: “Looking back on history, real estate caused a lot of the wealth gap in terms of redlining and access to credit. Are we a part of the problem or a part of the solution? When we look at the industry as a whole, there is a huge lack of diversity. How can we contribute to a solution to this?”
