Here’s more evidence of the Tesla effect stretching well beyond Austin. The EV giant last quarter leased a big chunk of industrial space in San Antonio. A source close to the transaction told San Antonio Business Journal under the condition of anonymity that the space was being used as a warehouse for manufacturing components supporting Tesla’s gigafactory in Austin.
